Why I built this
A few years ago I was on a team where a deploy took out the message broker. Customers were charged but orders were never created. No alerts fired. It took three days to find the root cause: unconfirmed messages were lost on restart, and there was no outbox.
Since then I have been focused on making sure that does not happen. This portfolio exists so I can show the work rather than just describe it.
Focus areas
- Cross-service transactions that complete fully or roll back cleanly.
- Automatic failure recovery so a crashed service does not leave orphaned data.
- Financial correctness with double-entry bookkeeping and balance invariants.
- Compile-time enforcement of architecture rules (159 CI guards, 50 Roslyn analyzers).
